  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Be accompanied by video proof of package opening to serve as the basis that the defect originated from us.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Send an email or message us on our official channels within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Proof – Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue with the item, along with the video proof of the package being opened.

  3. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

  4. Return Process – If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  5. Replacement or Refund – Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we will process a replacement or refund.

4. Important Notes
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on our end.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.
